FORZA10 Active Line diets are made up of two components (the AFS tablet and kibbles) that have been selected to solve all the most common chronic or recurrent inflammations deriving from adverse reactions to food.

The undisputed effectiveness is founded on 4 basic principles:

  • Elimination of any possible source of oxytetracycline, since it has been proven* by Sergio Canello to be the most frequent cause of inflammation in dogs and cats. This antibiotic, legally and widely used in intensive farming, can become unpredictably toxic when its residues bind themselves to bone tissue, especially in chickens. Anything containing bones from intensively farmed animals can contain this toxin and be the cause of many pathologies**.
  • Use of a specific pool of medicinal plants, selected for their antitoxic, antioxidant and immune-modulating properties (since the immune system is often depleted by oxytetracycline toxicity and – more widely speaking – by other environmental pollutants).
  • Use of specific amounts of Omega-3 fatty acids, usually very scarce in most pet food, in order to restore a correct Omega-3:Omega-6 ratio.
  • Use of herring or anchovy, small pelagic fishes that bypass the risk of contamination by heavy metals and are wild-caught in the ocean. Moreover, herrings and anchovies are processed as a whole, making for an excellent source of proteins of the highest biological value, characterized by an optimal digestibility and by the absence of oxytetracycline residues.

Our Active Line kibbles – beside containing wild-caught fish as a high value protein source – employ rice or potatoes as hypoallergenic source of carbohydrates, and fish oil, naturally rich in Omega-3 fatty acids.

This diet is also enriched by special heart-shaped tablets that carry a pool of specific natural extracts, mixed with kibbles in a 7% ratio. Thanks to our AFS (Active Fresh System) patented technology, these tablets are cold-pressed, in order to preserve the efficacy of the herbal extracts inside them.

* Poultry Science: Cytotoxic effects of oxytetracycline residues in the bones of broiler chickens following therapeutic oral administration of a water formulation.
** JBMT “Journal of Biochemical and Molecular Toxicology”: Toxicological implications and inflammatory response in human lymphocytes challenged with oxytetracycline.

+ ACTIVE LINE STRENGTHS

  • High quality raw materials, systematically controlled (more than 5000 quality controls per year), without chemical and pharmacological toxic residues, especially those deriving from oxytetracycline, that we identified as a major cause of inflammation and cellular apoptosis.
  • Single source protein: small pelagic fish (wild-caught herrings or anchovies).
  • Single source carbohydrate: rice (with the exception of Canine Dermo Active and Canine Renal Active, that contain potato, and of Feline Renal Active, containing maize).
  • Short ingredient list, to keep the risk of food intolerances and allergies as low as possible.
  • High natural Omega-3 content: these fatty acids are fundamentals because of their anti-inflammatory properties, their ability to keep cellular growth in check (especially useful in the case of adipose cells) and to preserve the elasticity of cellular membranes. They sensibly decrease the risk of excess fat and reduce the frequency of lesions to elastic tissues (such as ligament tears, dislocations, sprains, intervertebral disks herniation, difficulties at birth).
  • Insertion of a selection of herbal extracts, each one specifically studied by SANYpet’s Research&Development Department in its antitoxic, antioxidant and immune-modulating effects. These beneficial properties balance the immune system – attacked everyday by environmental pollutants that alter its defense mechanisms – helping restore your animal’s health.

FORZA10 Intestinal Active helps your dog keep a healthy digestive system. It is ideal to treat all those food intolerances that target the gastrointestinal tract. It is particularly useful in all cases of:

  • gastritis, enteritis, vomit, diarrhea, ulcers, flatulence, intestinal flora imbalance or constipation
  • acute alterations of intestinal absorption
  • acute diarrhea and following recovery period
  • exocrine pancreatic insufficiency, acute pancreatitis with no hyperlipidemia
  • excessive desire for grass
  • vomit on an empty stomach

SUITABLE FOR:

  • reduction of acute disorders of the intestinal absorption
  • compensation of maldigestion
  • exocrine pancreatic insufficiency
  • reduction of all food intolerances that target the digestive system
  • reduction of ingredient and nutrient intolerances

NOT SUITABLE FOR:

  • gestating dogs or lactating bitches.

How can we guarantee that the extrusion and drying processes (up to 140°C) will not partially or entirely inactivate the effectiveness of the natural substances added? The Research&Development Department at SANYpet has found the definitive solution to the problem: AFS, which consists in adding natural principles in a special heart-shaped, cold pressed tablet, at room temperature. These tablets are combined with traditional kibbles in the ideal percentage to conserve the effectiveness of any thermosensitive substance added.

  • “Nutraceutical diet”, a healthy food that combines ingredients selected for their high digestibility and hypoallergenicity with herbal extracts of proven efficacy.
  • Dietetic hypoallergenic formulation, specifically selected to address all food intolerances that target the digestive system.
  • Formula suitable for all nutritional needs of dogs with problems of malabsorption, maldigestion and exocrine pancreatic insufficiency.
  • Standardized herbal extracts, chosen for their prolonged efficacy on all problems of the gastrointestinal tract.
  • The stability of the phytocomplexes – and, therefore, their functionality – is ensured by the AFS patented system. As a matter of fact, all herbal extracts would normally be compromised by the high temperatures occurring inside the extruder: that’s why we insert them in cold-pressed heart shaped tablets. By not undergoing any kind of thermal treatment, they remain completely unaltered and act over time.
  • Valuable added herbal extracts, such as Oregano (Origanum vulgare), Chestnut (Castanea sativa), Psyllium – natural WBC heteropolysaccharides (Plantago psyllium), Rose hip (Rosa canina), prebiotics, electrolytes and milk enzymes (Enterococcus faecium), that help improve all physiological defense mechanisms of the digestive system.
  • Optimal Omega-3:Omega-6 ratio of 1:4.
  • Lactic acid bacteria (Enterococcus faecium): insertion of an innovative lactic ferments complex that contains selected strains “E 1707 Enterococcus faecium DSM 10663-NCIMB 10415” 3.5 x 109. This complex is then inserted into our heart-shaped tablets, mixed among the kibbles. Since these tablets don’t undergo any kind of thermal process, their effectiveness is preserved for the whole shelf life of the product. Recent studies confirm that Enterococcus faecium is extremely resistant to gastric acid and antibiotic treatments. Moreover, it promotes an increase in fecal IgA and IgG against canine distemper in puppies. It can also decrease IBD inflammation and controls any proliferation of pathogens among the intestinal flora.
  • Natural WBC heteropolysaccharides (Plantago psyllium): the standardized extract of psyllium seeds contains mucilage, natural WBC heteropolysaccarides and complex polysaccharides, marking itself as soluble fibre. All mucilage present inside Plantago psyllium is employed for its regulatory function of intestinal transit, and for its emollient and protective properties. They have both a mechanic and osmotic laxative effect, that derives from the fact that this mucilage is extremely hydrophilic and can increase its volume several times when it comes into contact with liquids. This generates a voluminous gel that increases the fecal mass and quickens the peristalsis, helping fecal transit. This water absorbing ability is useful both in presence of constipation, but also of diarrhea. In the latter case, Psyllium acts by absorbing excess water and increasing fecal solidity (regulatory effect on fecal transit). Psyllium seeds also possess prebiotics properties, thanks to their ability to balance the intestinal flora and decrease all negative effects of enteropathogenic microorganisms.
  • Chestnut (Castanea sativa): the standardized extract contains tannins, flavonoids, resins, minerals, sugars and pectin. Sweet chestnut is extremely energetic, but it is also an anti-inflammatory and protector of the intestinal mucosa, thanks to tannins. Being rich in fibres, sweet chestnut is particularly useful for the digestive function.
  • Oregano (Origanum vulgare): essential oregano oil contains carvacrol, thymol, γ-terpinene and α-cymene. Therefore, this phytocomplex has a high phenols content (79.6% carvacrol, 2.5% thymol, γ-terpinene and α-cymene). Carvacrol has antifungal, antioxidant and antibiotic properties, while thymol has antiseptic, antispasmodic and pesticide properties.
  • Bio MOS and FOS: Bio-MOS is a cellular component of brewer’s yeast and regulates intestinal bacterial activity. FOS are carbohydrates naturally found in fruit and vegetables and they regulate the presence of the various intestinal bacteria, such as bifidobacteria and lactobacilli, giving the perfect substrate for food absorption. This mechanism is essential especially in case of intestinal dismicrobisms during puppies growth. Thanks to our patented AFS system, Bio-MOS and FOS are gradually released in the gastrointestinal tract, making the most of their valuable beneficial properties.
  • Rose hips (Rosa canina): this fruit extract is a precious natural source of vitamin C (its content is 50-100 times higher than in citrus). This vitamin is so abundant in order to compensate its loss during fever or diarrhea. It acts as an intracellular transporter, increasing the bioavailability of active principles, and it protects the vascular system, energizing the immune system. Last, but not least, rose hip is a source of antioxidants.
  • Electrolytes: they are key elements to compensate their loss, to guarantee the correct levels of hydration and to maintain the ideal osmotic pressure in all intracellular and extracellular fluids.

    :

My Boxer suffered from soft stools but luckily, in a matter of 1-2 months, everything got back to normal with Intestinal Active.

I have a GSD I got when he was 4 months old: around 5-6 months of age he started having problems with soft and bad-smelling stools and he was hitching all over, had a bad looking coat and he digested little of what he ate, so much so that he was often tired. I had him tested for several pathologies and they all came back negative, so I tried several foods and – surfing the web – I stumbled upon Forza10. I talked about it with my vet and he had me try Intestinal Active: I noticed serious improvements almost from the start and after a while I switched to Forza10 Puppy Medium Large Fish. Now my dog is 15 months old and I’m gradually switching him to Forza10 Adult Venison and Potato. My furry friend has a shiny coat and is very lively, since now he’s feeling well thanks to Forza10: I can personally say that food can make a difference. It’s a pity that it’s hard to come by in my neck of the woods, but I solved this issue by ordering it online and now, thanks to their local agent, I found a shop not too far from here: it’s still 40 km away, but I gladly drive there because the results are worth it. I also tried the Dental Chew that – besides being great for teeth – makes him extremely happy, he loves to take it to his favourite spot to crunch it. I talked with their veterinarians, especially Dr. Elena Fraccaroli, that followed all our trials via email, but I also talked with their commercial office, all wonderful people. I even contacted Forza10 founder, Dr. Sergio Canello, through Facebook, and he was very kind too. I can’t but thank all of them and say hi from my Sicily. Pasquale

Donald has been my dog for 3 years, since I adopted him from a shelter where he was used to eat some sort of gruel. When I took him in I noticed he often barfed after he ate, his stomach was constantly gurgling and his stools didn’t look good, so I took him to the vet, that explained to us that he was suffering from gastritis and suggested to me Forza10 Intestinal Active to help him recover. Over time he improved a lot and now Donald is a happy and healthy dog. Thank you.

My Golden Retriever puppy is 5 months old. He weighs 50 pounds. For a month or so, he has been on the Forza digestive food. He was first on the intestinal active and since we now have a hold on his diarrhea, he is on the legend digestion. He is doing very, very, very well on this diet and his stools are nice, formed and firm. He started having digestive issues at about 2 1/2 months through 4 1/2 months. He had a comprehensive stool test which was negative and was treated a few times with Flagyl, panacur (de wormer for possible giardiasis) and Tylan.

Our vet suggested intestinal active until we got a hold on his loose, pudding stools and it worked immediately. The suggestion was to place him on Legend digestion for maintenance. He is doing super well.
My vet said keeping him on this is great and he doesn’t need a “puppy’ food because it is usually full of fat and hard to digest which may exacerbate any digestive issues which we have FINALLY, FINALLY solved.
Your product is wonderful and a godsend!

    Jackie
